AI Powered Recycling Robotics

Everest Labs entrusted the Driven Innovation team with the task of producing a scaled production base for its AI powered recycling robot. The base needed to hold the robot in place with little to no movement as the robotic arm moved rapidly from side to side.

The Driven team started with a blank slate. The project goals: the system needed to fit on a variety of belts, allow for different belt widths, accommodate different frame rails, mount the robot head at different heights, attach to both level and angled belts.

Driven created a mounting system that achieved all of these goals, including modular parts to reduce production costs, reduce shipping size, and make installation more intuitive.

Exposed fasteners add an industrial aesthetic and a two tone color scheme give the overall system a super cool look!
